All shared database service customers are given database owner privileges (DBO) and perform all database maintenance with Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager. Shared database service customers will need to contact support@netcetera.co.uk to create new databases. Dedicated and Clustered Service customers have console access to their SQL servers via Remote Desktop and perform all database maintenance with Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager as a Database Administrator.
